Layered Juice Popsicles

popsicle recipes

Lately, my cravings for all types of popsicles seems to be growing stronger. I'm going to go ahead and blame it on all the delicious popsicle recipes I've been spotting on Pinterest.  I love that you can combine so many different flavors when experimenting with recipes. Layering different types of juices when making  them creates a fun and interesting treat –and you can get creative with flavors AND colors. Check out these striped juice popsicles.

popsicle recipes - juice

I simply layered three types of juices (I use this popsicle maker.)

Layering the juices takes a little more time during the freezing process but the presentation is totally worth it in my opinion :).

Get creative with your own popsicle recipes. Pick 3 juices that have a distinct color and make your own layered pops!

Layered Juice Popsicles
Author: Tori Tait
Ingredients
  • 3 types of juices that have distinct colors. I used: Orange juice, cranberry juice, and tangerine juice.
Instructions
  1. Using your favorite ice pop mold, create your first layer of juice. Pour in orange juice until the molds are ½ way filled. Freeze for 20 minutes until set. Next, add a very thin layer of cranberry juice. Freeze for additional 20 minutes to set the second layer. Fill the rest of the mold with tangerine juice and return to the freezer for 20 minutes or until ice pops are completely set.
