Just a few ingredients, a few minutes in the oven and you'll be ready to enjoy.

Hi Tori. If folks use puff pastry it won't vegan as standard puff pastry including the pepperidge farm is made with dairy (butter) to achieve the lamination. folks would need to make vegan puff pastry. these look fun to make for non vegans though!
Tori says
Hi Jen! According to their website (linked above in the post) the puff pastry is vegan and kosher!

This puff pastry is magic! I keep it on-hand in our deep freezer. It never fails to make me look like a culinary genius. At Christmas I made individual "Haute" pot pies with it. The kids love making their own "pop tarts" during fruit picking season. The best trick in the book? Cheese Straws!

Lara, those all sound amazing! And my kiddos would go crazy for the pop tarts.
