I love experimenting with flatbread recipes because they are so versatile and simple (this recipe only uses five ingredients)!

- Flatbread (naan works well too)
- Cheddar cheeses
- Red onion

I whipped this up in under 25 minutes and served it to a hungry crowd this weekend. Everyone came back for seconds (and thirds!). The recipe really only calls for a few ingredients but they all work so well together. It's like a party on a flatbread. YUM.
I like the idea of cutting the chili cheese flatbread into small two-bite squares and setting them on platter for when guests come over. The flavors are great and your guests will love how unique the appetizer is.

Variations Of This Chili Flatbread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 Flatbread can substitute for naan bread
- Can of chili can use with or without beans
- ¼ cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated white cheddar cheese
- 2 TBS finley diced red onion
- ⅓ cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Spread chili over flatbread
- Sprinkle with graded cheeses and diced onion
- Place in a preheated oven at 450 degrees. Bake about 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with chopped cilantro. Cut into squares and serve immediately.
