Wedding Inspiration: Yellow and Blue

I have seen this color combo around lately, and it really grew on me. Something about the yellow and blue pair is unexpected and I like it! In all shades, I think this color combo gives off a preppy (yet fun) vibe!

The yellow and blue table inspiration above came right from the pages of InStyle Weddings. Listed as the editors favorite and I can see why! The beauty with this color combination is that you can play with it. Love Yellow more than blue? No problem! Want more blue and just a touch of yellow? This will look great too!

Bring your color theme together in the small things. Serve a yellow cocktail {like this Margarita} and serve yellow desserts. You can even add pops of color like above with this cobalt blue cake stand and stemware. I am loving how unique these are and how they tie they tie in perfectly into the wedding theme.

Hostess Tip:

You can find many, many more cobalt pieces to accent your wedding or give as gifts to your wedding party! Here is my favorite place to shop!

Funny Judy- because I was not sold at first glance either. But there is just something preppy and fun about this color combo that I now love! Good luck on the wedding planning :)!

Thanks so much for the mention! I do so love it when brides order glassware from me. There's always that something special in their voice if they call in their order. And I'm always happy to respond to emails from nervous brides just checking to make sure everything will arrive on time. We also work with event planners to make sure you have what you really want for your wedding reception.
