This is a vegan take on the viral trending butter board! It takes 5 minutes to make and you only need 6 ingredients!

Apple Cider Fruit Spread
(substitute for apricot preserves)

Flaky Sea Salt

Pumpkin Spice Pumpkin Seeds
(substitute for chopped candied pecans or walnuts)

Instructions
Spread the softened vegan butter on a small charcuterie board or tray
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt
Add dollops of fruit spread
Top with pumpkin seeds
Sprinkle evenly the thyme and rosemary leaves
Serve with grilled vegan brioche or sourdough bread
Notes
If you're not serving immediately, keep finished butter board in the fridge so the vegan butter does not et warm and begin to separate.
