Instructions
Fill a shaker with ice
To shaker add all of the ingredients
Shake vigorously (this ensures your espresso martini will have a nice creamy foam once you pour it)
Strain into a martini glass quickly so the foal sets on top
Garnish by placing 3 coffee beans on top
Notes
If you don't have vanilla vodka you can substitute with regular vodka and add in a teaspoon of simple syrup
To make simple syrup combine equal parts sugar and water over low heat until sugar is dissolved
If you need to quickly chill your espresso place in the freezer for five minutes
You can use chilled coffee in place of espresso but your martini will not be as strong
