Banana Popsicles Dipped in Peanut Butter
This frozen treat only requires 3 ingredients and is easy to make with kids!

1 Tall Glass
4 Popsicle Sticks
Ingredients

Banana
Cut in half
1-2
cups
Peanut butter
1
teaspoon
Vegetable oil
2
tbs
sprinkles
Instructions
Prep
Peel and cut bananas in half turning 2 into 4 bananas
Insert popsicle sticks into the bottom of each banana
Place bananas on a parchment lined baking sheet
Put baking sheet in freezer for at least 2 hours
To Make Popsicles
Remove bananas from freezer
In a tall drinking glass, fill it ¾ full with peanut butter and add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Microwave glass until melted (caution it will be hot!)
Stir
Dip each banana popsicle into the glass of peanut butter
Place back on parchment lined baking sheet
Add sprinkles if desired
Once each banana has been dipped, return baking sheet to the freezer for at least an hour to harden
Remove from freezer when ready to serve, enjoy!
Notes
You can make many variations of this recipe. Some options include:
Using chocolate instead of peanut butter
Instead of dipping, you can drizzle topping over bananas
Instead of sprinkles you can top with crushed nuts, chocolate, or coconut shreds
You can make these ahead of time. Once they have frozen completely transfer to a freezer-safe container.
