You might be planning ahead, or you might be scrambling on those last minute details–either way I've got you covered! If you are still undecided about your table decor, consider these relatively simple Thanksgiving centerpiece ideas.
What I like about these centerpieces is that they are all really pretty and unique but also not super intimating. Even a non-DIYer can put these together!

Here are four of my favorite easy Thanksgiving centerpiece ideas you can make in time for the holiday without breaking a sweat.
1. Indian Corn Centerpiece
I love this impressive DIY centerpiece using indian corn and a large candle. This would also make a stunning hostess gift to bring along if you are invited as a guest for Thanksgiving dinner. You can typically pick up this dried corn at any supermarket during fall (you can also grab some from Amazon).
See the tutorial here.
2. Tall Vases Filled With Acorns
The beauty of this centerpiece is just how simple it is to make. I mean, really! Fill a tall glass cylinder vase with acorns and you're done! Chris at Celebrations At Home has so many great fall ideas, check them out!
3. Greenery With Mini Pumpkins
Another incredibly easy centerpiece for Thanksgiving is using greenery clippings down the center of your table. I clipped these from my yard when I hosted a Thanksgiving Pie Party. You can also buy greenery stems from most grocery flower departments or florists. I added mini pumpkins to the greenery that I spray painted with metallic spray paint.
4. Pies As Centerpieces
Speaking of pies, you can use actual pies as centerpieces! Add them to the center of your table at various heights. Add a few to cake stands and a few right on the table to give the pies some interest. I used store-bought pies but if you feel like baking, check out these 5 Holiday Pie Recipes to Make
5. Glass Pillars On Wood Slices
I originally shared this DIY as rustic wedding centerpieces but they can totally do double duty as a Thanksgiving centerpiece! I love the rustic wood details and the fact that they are inexpensive to make.
More Easy Thanksgiving Centerpiece Ideas
Here are a few more extremely easy (and inexpensive!) ideas you can create for a great Thanksgiving centerpiece:
- Gather a variety of pumpkins and place them down the center of your table. Do wither all orange or all white for a more uniform and elegant look.
- Go elegant and very simple and use tapered candles in candle stick holders. If you don't have any on hand you can always find these at thrift stores. I pick them up in a variety of sizes and give them a uniform spray paint touch. I like to use matte gold or matte black depending on the look I'm going for.
- If you want to use fresh flowers but don't want to play florist you can keep it simple (without looking too hodgepodge) buy creating a grouping of three vases each with one type of fall flower in it. Keeping one color and type together in one vases looks more upscale. Groupings of three always looks best!
