Whether you are having a BBQ, picnic, or pool party -- entertaining outdoors should be kept simple! Here is an easy DIY idea that can double as a place setting and a favor (depending on what you place inside!). This place setting would be great for any occasion but very festive for those Fourth of July party ideas.
DIY Place Setting Boxes
-Small white box, gingham print tape (around box), cotton candy bubble gum, bandanna print plate, bandanna print napkin, plastic cutlery and party poppers (all from Michael's Craft Store).
-Your favorite individual bag of chips

Thanks for sharing this. I have pinned it to my summer party board. I am totally going to use this for our 4th of july party next week. I am going to have to brake down (darn it! grin) and go find some cute patriotic tape. This will make it so much easier for my guests to hold everything as they are going down the buffet line. I love it! I hope you don't mind that I'll share with my readers (and definitly link back!)
