I get really happy when summer rolls around and have been known to find reasons to entertain just so I could create a fun, refreshing cocktail. So when PAMA asked if I wanted to collaborate and create a summer cocktail I jumped at the chance.
I had never used pomegranate liqueur before but it will be one of my go-to's from now on. It has a sweet, yet tart taste and a great ruby color. PAMA is made with all-natural pomegranate juice, premium vodka and a touch of imported tequila.
I wanted to create a cocktail that scream summer and would be great to serve on a warm, sunny day. I was inspired by the idea of combining the pomegranate flavor with raspberry sorbet and thought a twist on a float was a great idea.
What better to top off this summer treat with than champagne?! As the sorbet melted it combined with the pomegranate liqueur and champagne to swirl into the most delicious flavor.
Garnish with frozen raspberries and a few mint leaves for the perfect presentation.

- 1 oz PAMA Liqueur
- 2 scoops raspberry sorbet
- 10 oz champagne
- Frozen raspberries and fresh mint to garnish
- In a chilled glass, add the PAMA liqueur. Then scoop in sorbet and top with champagne. Add garnishes.
