I love the idea of hosting a holiday party for kids! Little ones are so excited this time of year that I think it brings out the kid in us all. From treats to gifts, crafts, fun gatherings and traditions, what's not to love about holiday time? Why not host a milk and cookies party for kids?
You can go all out and invite several children over or simply set a little milk & cookie station up for your own kiddos like I've done here.
I started with these darling Milk & Cookies printables designed by Jenn of HWTM. Printables are a simple way to incorporate a theme into your party or dessert table and these paper printables can really tie it all together.

I filled glass bottles with milk and added festive washi tape to add a little flair. If you don't have small milk bottles, you can use glass Starbucks frappuccino bottles (just remove the labels!).
Simple stacks of cookies tied with baker's twine and embellished with a printable tag make for cute presentation (and also simple take-home favors!). You can bake your favorite holiday cookie (I love these double chocolate peppermint cookies), or just use store bought like I did here.
Homemade or store bought cookies are easy to display on cake stands or solid colored plates. Just use what you already have in your kitchen.
To adorn these red velvet cookies, I hot glued a couple of jingle bells to a lollipop stick. Super simple and a fun way to add a little jingle to the party!
