With the New Year often comes new resolutions to eat a more balanced diet. Sound familiar? I think I resolve to eat better every January, but often dread the idea of ditching delicious, flavorful snacks. The good news is, delicious snacks can fit into a balanced meal plan (as in this recipe!).
These herb and sea salt sweet potato fries are packed with a sweet, herby, salty, punch and I'm willing to bet that they just might be your new favorite snack. The nice bonus, is that they are also really simple to make. Win-win. Alexia Sweet Potato Fries are all-natural and made with premium ingredients. I jazzed them up a bit but they are also perfect right out of the oven.
This recipe makes for a great side dish (pairs well with a club sandwich or lean burger) or works alone as a snack. We made a big platter of these to snack on while watching football over the weekend. Everyone loved them, even the kids!
I served these with a side of lemon wedges. Some (raising my hand) liked a small squeeze of fresh lemon juice to brighten up the herbs and others liked without. Lemon, totally optional.
So, what do you think? Willing to stick to your New Year resolutions and add this snack to your recipe line-up? You won't be sorry!

I love Alexia sweet potato fries! And I've been growing rosemary for the past 4 months! I know what I'm making for dinner tomorrow night :) Great idea!
