Tis' the season to deck the halls, wrap the gifts, and gather for some festive cheer! I have been busy prepping for an upcoming holiday gathering with friends and thought I would take a moment to give you a little peek behind the scenes and tips on how I like to make things as simple as I can when entertaining.
My biggest tip is to do as much party prep ahead of time that you can. Above are some drink tags I designed and printed on Avery Printable Tags. You can design your own (which I love!) or choose from one of dozens of designs.
Then simply tie them to the stem of your glassware and your beverage station will be ready to go when guests arrive.
They make great wine tags as well. You could even make these for any bottles of wine you are gifting this season (think hostess gift!).
Next step to my prep has been wrapping up a few gifts I plan to give guests.
I am not one for traditional holiday paper (surprised?), so I made these gifts using a coordinating print to go with the drink tags. I love the gold on these! I printed the design onto Avery Postcards then just attached them to the top of the box. Simple!
I have a bunch extra I plan to use throughout the holidays.
I love how simple Avery products make it to design and print all of these thoughtful details. You can download my gift tags here and postcards here. Then, just pick up the coordinating Avery products linked above and print at home.
I have been using Avery products all season long! Check out the labels on the Pecan Pumpkin Pancakes gift-in-a-jar and these meal boxes we recently handed out to families in our community.
PS Stay tuned for the rest of the party details this week. I'll be sharing more on the food and wine served.
This post was done in collaboration with Avery Products. All thoughts and ideas are my own.
