Tequila Lime Cake
Ingredients
- 2 White cake layers you can purchase from your local grocery bakery counter or make your own if desired
- 1 tub Whipped topping You can use any variety including dairy-free if desired
- 2 Limes
- 1 Lemon
- ½ Cup Tequila Any type
Instructions
- Using a fork, poke holes in the tops of each cake layer
- Pour ¼ cup tequila over each cake layer and let it soak in
- Add 1 juiced lime to the tub of whipped topping a mix well
- Stack the cake layers adding a layer of the whipped topping in between
- Spread the remaining whipped topping on the top of the cake and the sides if desired
