Looking for a simple dinner or menu item for your next dinner party that taste delicious but only requires about 15 minutes of your time? No, I'm not talking about a run through the drive-thru -- check out PF Chang's new Home Menu for a hot-simmering-pan-full of deliciousness. Really (I tried them all!). Look at this bowl full of YUM (a.k.a Firecracker Shrimp with Yakisoba Noodles).
What I like about this new frozen line from PF Chang's is that the flavor is not compromised one bit. Each bag is packed full of that PF Chang's goodness you'd expect like you find in all of their PF Changs recipes. They decided to bring their products right to your home in an effort to help you "ignite the night" and what isn't to love about that? A simple way to put together a thoughtful (and tasty) meal ... hello!
You can even have a bit of fun with dinner --
I grabbed a couple "take-out" boxes from Michael's Craft Store (about $1.29 each) and tied a pair of chopsticks to each one. I filled then with PF Chang's Garlic Shrimp with Dan Dan Noodles (my personal favorite). Then the hubs and I enjoyed dinner in front of the TV (rarity for us!). It really did feel like a special treat -- hello igniting the night!
You can even get a little more into it and create a signature cocktail to pair with your "take-in" meal. I'll find any reason to create a cocktail! {Ginger Beer Cocktail recipe}
