Brick of PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
roughly 16 tablespoons, softened
Balsamic glaze
Thin slices of heirloom tomatoes
Fresh Basil Leaves
Small slices of prosciutto
Apricot preserves
Instructions
Place slices of sourdough in a baking sheet, brush lightly with olive oil and toast in the oven for 3-5 minutes at 400 degrees.
Remove from oven and spread each slice with 1 tablespoon of PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese. Add toppings of choice.
Crostini 1: 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze, two thin slices of heirloom tomatoes
Crostini 2: Fresh basil leaf, small slice of prosciutto
Crostini 3: 1 teaspoon apricot preserves, fresh rosemary sprigs
