Tequila Lime Cake
This no bake tequila cake only takes 10 minutes to make!

White cake layers
you can purchase from your local grocery bakery counter or make your own if desired
1
tub
Whipped topping
You can use any variety including dairy-free if desired

Limes

Lemon
½
Cup
Tequila
Any type
Instructions
Using a fork, poke holes in the tops of each cake layer
Pour ¼ cup tequila over each cake layer and let it soak in
Add 1 juiced lime to the tub of whipped topping a mix well
Stack the cake layers adding a layer of the whipped topping in between
Spread the remaining whipped topping on the top of the cake and the sides if desired
Garnish the top of the cake with thin slices of remaning lime and the lemon
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve
Notes
Here are some tips when making this recipe:
You may bake your own white cake layers if you prefer
Don't use the top-shelf tequila, an average bottle will do!
Store this cake in the fridge!
